Transworld Group Singapore has taken delivery of our next container vessel M.V SOL RESILIENCE on 5th December 2022 at 1208 hours (Singapore time) at Hai Phong, Vietnam. Transworld Group Singapore has taken delivery of our 12th container vessel M.V SOL STRIDE on Monday, 5th April 2021 at 1218 hours (Singapore time) at the Singapore Anchorage. Mr Mahesh Sivaswamy was presented a memento in appreciation of his steadfast commitment and outstanding contribution to the Advisory Council on Community Relations in Defence (ACCORD) Employer and Business by MINDEF Singapore.
This memento was presented by ACCORD (E&B) Council Co-Chair, Mr Tony Chew. Transworld Group Singapore has taken delivery of our next container vessel M.V SOL PROMISE, on Thursday 4th March at 1948 hours (Singapore time) at the Singapore Anchorage. With effect from Wednesday, 1st July 2020, Orient Express Lines (Singapore) Pte Ltd operates under its new name ‘Straits Orient Lines (Singapore) Pte Ltd. With this renaming, the company is affirming its regional focus within Asia’s dynamic and rapidly expanding markets. SOL honours the Straits of Singapore and Malacca as their principal channel of trade and defines our focus in our core competency regions of the Bay of Bengal, South East Asia and South Asia Corridors. Transworld Terminals Dadri Private Limited was awarded the CFS Operator of the year at the Multimodal Logistics Award 2020 under the award category for Excellence in Cargo and Logistics Sectors held in Mumbai on Friday, 17th January 2020. Transworld GLS Dubai commenced operations on Monday, 9th December 2019. Transworld Terminals Private Limited was awarded the Container Freight Station Company of the year at the Gateway Awards held in Mumbai, on Friday, 27th September 2019. Orient Express Lines Singapore Pte Ltd celebrated the 20th year Anniversary of its operations at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Thursday, 29th August 2019 Straits Orient Lines was awarded 5th place in Feeder Line Operators recorded volume in 2018 at the 2nd Port of Colombo Awards held at the Shangri-La Hotel on 30th of August 2019 held by SLPA in collaboration with JCT, SAGT and CICT. This was the second consecutive year we have won this award. This was held under the distinguished patronage of Hon. SagalaRatnayaka, Minister of Ports & Shipping and Southern Development. Transworld Group Singapore has taken delivery of our next container vessel M.V. SOL DELTA on Friday, 25th May 2018 at 1148 hours (Singapore Time) at the Singapore anchorage. Transworld Group Singapore achieved an important milestone of acquiring the 10th VESSEL, M.V BLPL Grace on Monday, 18th Sept 2017 at 1108 hours(London Time). Transworld Group Singapore has taken delivery of our next container vessel which is named 'M.V. BLPL TRUST' on Wednesday, 16th August 2017 at 1115 hours (Singapore time) Transworld Group Singapore has taken delivery of our next container vessel which is named M.V. SOL Straits on 21st November 2016 at 1108 hours (Singapore time) at the Singapore anchorage. "Transworld Group Singapore has taken delivery of our next container vessel M.V. SOL HIND on Thursday, 15th June 2017, at 1010 hours (Singapore time) at the Singapore anchorage" It gives us immense pride and happiness in announcing that BLPL Singapore has won 1st position in the 2016 Enterprise 50 award ceremony on the 15th of November at the Resorts World Sentosa, for the 5th time in a row. Transworld Group Singapore has taken delivery of our next container vessel which is named M.V. SOL LANKA on Thursday, 16th April 2016 at 1545 hours (Singapore time). Transworld Group Singapore has taken delivery of our new container vessel which is named M.V.SOL MALAYSIA on Thursday, 8th May 2016 at 1818 hours (Korea time)/ 1718 hours (Singapore time). Transworld Group Singapore has taken delivery of our new container vessel which is named M.V.SOL BANGLADESH on Thursday, 3rd April 2016 at 1737 hours (Singapore time) at Singapore.
